Onboarding

A-Cube will guide you through the process of activating the authorization token to establish communication between the Legal Entity account and KSeF.

The procedure requires signing the XML file with a Trusted Profile on the www.gov.pl platform or with a certified signature. Before you start, make sure there is such an option.

As a manager of the Legal Entity, you can trigger the onboarding initialization in a Dashboard or by API.

This event creates a special link to be forwarded to the Legal Entity's person who can grant such authorization.

From the technical perspective, in the database, A-Cube creates a special record for the onboarding using the AuthorizationFlow module.

Please note that all steps of the onboarding can be performed in the Dashboard and onboarding screens, but also by API.
