Obtain a Token

Assuming that the special link has been provided to the Legal Entity, the onboarding procedure can be started.

The system has generated an XML file that needs to be signed now. The file contains data such as your company's tax identification number (NIP) and a special one-time identification tag. Due to the limits on by the KSeF platform, the entire process must be completed within 10 minutes. After this time, the XML file, even if properly signed, will not be accepted by the KSeF. You will notice a timer in the upper right corner, counting the time from the moment the Download File button is pressed.

If you will not be able to finish the process within the 10-minute window, you will need to restart it again.
