What is a Legal Entity

Legal Entity is the company that has a connection with KSeF through an A-Cube Platform. Each Client with an account on the A-Cube Platform can manage many legal entities.

Every Legal Entity has unique, individual authorization token with defined permissions allowing for sending or receiving invoices to and from the KSEF. Without this token, the Legal Entity will be inactive and it will be not possible to send/receive invoices.

Legal Entity Status

Every Legal Entity has a marking property that describes it's level of permission in the system.

Status	Description
pending	Legal Entity has been added to the A-Cube Platform.
active	Legal Entity has been successfully onboarded and obtained AuthorizationToken from KSeF.
blocked	Legal Entity has been blocked due to an incorrect onboarding process or set manually by the administrator.
