Notifications

Here are our suggestions in order to get notified about any issue that can occur during the Smart Receipts process.

  1. Please do subscribe to the webhooks we provide, in particular for the receipt-error and receipt-retry events.
  2. For each Business Registry provide a list of emails to be notified in case of problems (in particular when errors occur or Tax Authority password is about to expire).
Note

For each Business Registry Configuration notifications will be sent to the addresses you provide here. If no address is found in the receipts_alert_recipients field, email will be sent to the Business Registry Configuration address. If no address is given even here, the address of the API user will be used.

If you want to disable email notifications at all, please put one of your dummy no-reply addresses in the receipts_alert_recipients field of the Business Registry Configuration. In this case be sure that you will listen to webhook events!
