Flow

  1. A PreservedDocument is created and it has status equal to to_be_stored .
  2. When the PreservedDocument is sent to the legal storage the status is set to sent .
  3. Once the preservation has been requested, the legal storage will take in charge the document as soon as possible and it will send us a receipt that the document has been taken in charge. The status of the document will change in stored .
  4. If an error occurred during the process the status will be set to error and the field message will contain the message received by the legal storage.

Optionally, you can send a document to the legal storage manually.
