Flow

1. A PreservedDocument is created and it has status equal to to_be_stored.
2. When the PreservedDocument is sent to the legal storage the status is set to sent.
3. Once the preservation has been requested, the legal storage will take in charge the document as soon as possible and it will send us a receipt that the document has been taken in charge. The status of the document will change in stored.
4. If an error occurred during the process the status will be set to error and the field message will contain the message received by the legal storage.

Optionally, you can send a document to the legal storage manually.
