Overview
The Cassetto Fiscale is the reserved area of the Agenzia delle Entrate/Tax Authority where taxpayers (businesses and professionals) can consult their tax data, declarations, and commercial documents (fatture elettroniche and corrispettivi). A-Cube can manage access to the portal on behalf of the company, acting as an operator or intermediario/delegato (Appointee/proxy). The required information includes the Fisconline credentials:
- Codice fiscale/Fiscal Code
- Password
- PIN
If the company does not have the credentials, they can be requested through the AdE (Agenzia delle Entrate/Tax Authority) website. During the initial registration, the provided credentials will be validated.
A-Cube can manage 3 different types of access to the Cassetto Fiscale:
- Business Registry Configuration (BRC): the company's direct credentials to access the Cassetto Fiscale.
- Operatore Incaricato/Appointee: a third party acting on behalf of the company. (usually the rappresentante legale/Legal Representative)
- Delegato (Delega unificata)/proxy: this is a third option, viable when electronic receipts (Smart receipts) are not used.
Operatore Incaricato/Appointee: this can be a trusted natural person (persona fisica/Natural Person/individual), for example, the rappresentante legale/Legal Representative or you can use A-Cube's designated person. A-Cube actually has a persona fisica/Natural Person/individual with this role.
Intermediario/delegato/proxy: this can be a trusted intermediario fiscale or you can designate A-Cube. A-Cube is, in fact, accredited as an intermediario fiscale.
If you are a reseller and want to create the BRC for a client belonging to one of these categories, you must have them configure their access to the cassetto fiscale by specifying an Operatore Incaricato/Appointee.
Sole proprietors, freelance professionals, and self-employed workers(Ditte individuali, liberi professionisti, lavoratori autonomi) can grant a delega/proxy but not an Incarico/appointee.
