Daily receipt reports massive download

With A-Cube platform you can download the daily receipt reports ("corrispettivi giornalieri") that are in the "Cassetto Fiscale" for a given company.

Every day the cash registers of the company send the totals of the day to the Agenzia delle Entrate, which keeps one XML file per day and per type.

The company you want to download the daily receipt reports for must be set up in the A-Cube platform and you must have the credentials to access the "Cassetto Fiscale" portal.

Please note that
  • The download is not immediate: the reports are requested to the Agenzia delle Entrate, which prepares them asynchronously. They become available in the A-Cube platform only once the Agenzia delle Entrate has processed the request.

Daily receipt report types​

All the types of daily receipt reports provided by the Agenzia delle Entrate are supported:

The type can be chosen when scheduling the download. When no type is specified, reports of type RT are downloaded.

How to schedule daily receipt reports download​

You can schedule the download of daily receipt reports from the "Cassetto Fiscale" portal by using the API

By calling this API you are scheduling the download of daily receipt reports for the Business Registry Configuration identified by {fiscal_id}. The API will return a 201 Created response if the request is valid and the download is scheduled.

By default, the schedule is set to run once per day at 02:00 UTC, each run will download the daily receipt reports of the past 14 days. The reports of the days before the schedule was created are not downloaded: to get them, create a download request.

Schedule the download of a specific type​

Without a body, the schedule downloads reports of type RT. To download another type, pass it in the parameters of the request body, together with "daily": true:

Omitting "daily": true returns a 422 Unprocessable Entity response.

Each company can have only one scheduled download of daily receipt reports, so only one type can be scheduled for each company. Calling the API again for the same company returns a 422 Unprocessable Entity response: to change the type, delete the scheduled download and create it again.

Sandbox

Scheduled downloads are not available in the sandbox environment: every call to /schedule/daily-receipt-report-download/{fiscal_id}, including the GET one, returns 402 Payment Required. The same applies to storing the "Cassetto Fiscale" credentials, so the whole daily receipt reports download flow is only available in production.

Retrieve scheduled download information​

You can retrieve the status of the scheduled daily receipt reports download by using the API GET /schedule/daily-receipt-report-download/{fiscal_id}. The API will return a 200 OK response with the following body:

Delete scheduled download​

You can delete the scheduled download of daily receipt reports by using the API DELETE /schedule/daily-receipt-report-download/{fiscal_id}. The API will return a 204 No Content response.

How to create a daily receipt reports download request​

If you don't want to schedule the download of daily receipt reports, or you need the reports of past days, you can create a single request by using the Jobs API

The requested date range is bound: from_date cannot be earlier than the 1st of January of the previous year, and to_date cannot be later than the day the job runs. Dates outside these bounds return a 400 Bad Request response listing the offending fields in violations.

A download request always downloads reports of type RT: other types can only be downloaded by scheduling the download.

How to retrieve the downloaded daily receipt reports​

You can retrieve the downloaded daily receipt reports by using the API GET /daily-receipt-reports. The list is sorted by date, most recent first, and can be filtered by fiscal_id, type and date (for example date[after]=2026-01-01).

To get the file itself, call GET /daily-receipt-reports/{uuid} with the Accept: application/xml header: the response is the XML file produced by the Agenzia delle Entrate. With Accept: application/json the same API returns the item above.
