What is a Legal Entity

Legal Entity is the part of the company that sends and / or receives e-documents through the A-Cube Platform. Each Client with an account on the A-Cube Platform can manage many legal entities.

Every Legal Entity has a unique, individual authorization token with defined permissions allowing for sending or receiving documents. Without this token, the Legal Entity will be inactive, and it won't be possible to send/receive documents.
