UAE FTA Onboarding & Compliance

To send and receive compliant e-invoices across the UAE and the global Peppol network, your company account must be officially linked with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA).

A-Cube manages this multistep compliance synchronization automatically. This guide explains how the lifecycle works, starting directly from your EmaraTax portal.

The EmaraTax Trigger

Every organizational onboarding, renewal, or teardown lifecycle begins directly inside the official EmaraTax portal.

When a user selects A-Cube as their Accredited Service Provider (ASP) within the government platform, EmaraTax initiates a secure redirect that routes the user's browser directly into our automated compliance wizard, passing a single temporary access credential (authCode) in the URL.

Transactional Security: The Integration Passport

Because synchronization requires interacting with multiple distinct secure infrastructure layers (Local Profiles, Peppol Service Metadata Publishers, and Central Government Registries), A-Cube isolates your session using an internal cryptographic token called an Integration Passport.

Key Integration Rules
  • Automatic Handling: If you are using our standard Dashboard Wizard, this token is passed behind the scenes via the X-Integration-Passport header automatically.
  • 5-Minute Window: Each onboarding token session has a hard lifespan of 5 minutes. If a network timeout or government gateway delay occurs, you can safely trigger a retry within this 5-minute window without losing your place in the sequence.
  • Correlation ID: Your entire onboarding flow is bound to a single correlation_id token. If you ever need to contact A-Cube Enterprise Support regarding registration snags, providing this ID will speed up resolution significantly.
