Onboarding and access
A-Cube activates Transfer for the destinations, environments and capabilities you agree during onboarding. Contact A-Cube with the details below to get started.
Setup
Tell A-Cube what you want to send or receive and how your ERP produces those documents:
- Destinations: the countries or networks where you want to send or receive documents.
- Environments: sandbox, production, or both.
- Channel: SFTP, REST API where the destination supports it, or both.
- Formats: the standard format or the files your ERP already exports. Include a sample with test data so A-Cube can confirm the format or agree a conversion. See Supported formats and custom formats.
- Capabilities to enable: for example, receiving documents, converting received files, success and failure webhooks, email notifications or daily reports. A-Cube confirms webhook coverage for your destination and format. See the availability table.
- Email digest recipients, if required. A-Cube sends the digest only to configured addresses.
What you receive
Once setup is complete, A-Cube confirms:
| Item | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Access | The destinations, environments and channels enabled for your account. Each requested channel must be enabled for the destination. |
| Connection details | The credentials or authentication instructions and connection details for your chosen channel. |
| Document format | The agreed layout and any conversion configured for your files. |
| Outcomes and received documents | Where to follow the result of each document and, if requested, where to retrieve received files and reports. |
Environments
Use sandbox to test your files and integration, and production to send real documents. A-Cube enables access to each environment separately: sandbox access does not grant production access.
We recommend testing in sandbox before going live. Confirm production access before sending real documents, and ask A-Cube to enable any destinations or channels added later.
Next steps
After A-Cube confirms setup, prepare a test file in the agreed format:
- Quickstart SFTP: send your first file in sandbox and check the processing result.
- UBL JSON to KSeF: upload a Polish invoice, follow its KSeF outcome and download the UPO.
- CSV to SdI: upload an Italian CSV, handle processing errors and follow the SdI outcome.
- Upload via SFTP: connection details, authentication, directories and upload instructions.
- Upload via REST API: base URLs, tokens, upload requests and errors.
