Supported formats
Choose the input format agreed during onboarding. Each country's A-Cube Transfer page describes its formats; A-Cube confirms the layout and limits for your account.
| Input | Availability | What Transfer does |
|---|---|---|
| UBL XML | Available | Converts UBL invoices to the destination format. |
| UBL JSON | Available, where accepted | Converts invoices in the UBL JSON layout to the destination format. |
| Standard CSV | Available | Converts each invoice in the destination's standard layout to the destination format. |
| Native XML | Available | Sends XML already in the destination format as it is |
| Custom CSV, JSON or other format | Custom | Converts it with a layout A-Cube builds for you |
| ZIP | Available | Opens the archive and processes the files inside |
| P7M | Available, where accepted | Opens the signed file and processes the document inside |
Pick the format your system already exports. If it produces the destination's XML, send that. If it exports UBL, as XML or JSON, send UBL. Otherwise use the standard CSV, or your own CSV or JSON layout.
Native XML
Transfer does not convert native XML. It checks the fields the destination requires and the size limit, then sends the document. The required fields and limits are on the destination page.
ZIP and P7M
A ZIP archive is opened and each file inside is processed as if you had uploaded it. A P7M signed file is opened and the document inside is processed. Keep the inner file name: invoice.xml.p7m contains invoice.xml. Transfer tracks the files inside, not the archive.
Custom CSV, JSON and other formats
A-Cube builds this format for your requirements. To request it, contact A-Cube.
For any layout not described in these docs, send A-Cube a sample file. See Custom CSV format for what to provide.
