Transfer API

HTTP API of A-Cube Transfer: upload endpoints to submit files to the transfer pipeline, and a read-only API exposing uploads, transfer documents, violations and lineage. Authenticate every request with a JWT issued by the A-Cube common API (Authorization: Bearer).
