[Preview] Create a collective identifier (IZ) for a set of invoices

[Preview] Generates in KSeF a collective identifier (IZ) to be used as a payment identifier for multiple invoices issued by the same seller. Each invoice is referenced either by its A-Cube uuid or by its KSeF number.
