POST/ade-appointees/:appointee_fiscal_id/assign
Assign a Business Registry Configuration (BRC) to the Appointee.
The BRC must have the receipts_enabled flag set to true.
The company linked to the BRC must have completed the appointment on the Tax Authority web portal.
