Close a Journal

/mf1/pems/:serial_number/close

Performs the daily fiscal closure (chiusura di cassa) and closes the active Journal. This action triggers the upload of the journal to the MF2 fiscal module, which then generates the daily report (File dei Corrispettivi) for transmission to the Italian Tax Authority (Agenzia delle Entrate). To ensure regulatory compliance, the system enforces an automatic closure 24 hours after the issuance of the first document of the day if this endpoint is not manually invoked within that timeframe.
