Download the payment XML flux of an e-reporting report
GET/legal-entities/:legalEntityUuid/reports/:uuid/payments
Returns the payment XML flux of the report identified by uuid, byte for byte as it was transmitted to the PPF. Answers 404 while the report has no payment transmission.
