Register an office on the network

/legal-entities/:legalEntityUuid/offices/:uuid/register

Registers the office identified by uuid on the network. The 0225:siren_siret address is registered on the first call and left untouched afterwards. suffixes declares the complete set of 0225:siren_siret_suffix routing code addresses: entries not registered yet are added, and addresses missing from the body are removed. An omitted body therefore removes every routing code address.
