Report a B2B invoice payment for a legal entity

Submit the payment of a B2B invoice to the tax reporting service for the legal entity identified by uuid.

Use this to declare collected VAT once a B2B invoice with payment-based VAT is paid.

The legal entity must be in ONBOARDED status.
