InvoiceDraft

The draft-invoice API surface: a DRAFT-status {@see Invoice} that can be reviewed, amended and finally sent. It's a dedicated resource so these operations don't bloat the Invoice entity; state (read, persist, delete) is backed by the Invoice entity through stateOptions, and every operation runs a custom provider/processor.
